Upset stomach?

Hi everyone, I am on day 4 and I have had an upset stomach for most of the week. Really gassy and been going to the toilet a lot! Is this normal? Please tell me it will go away soon thanks

I had this for the first week or two - only for it to be replaced later by constipation!

My tummy has been bloated since i started again on Sunday. It's actually getting me down now
Trying to sort out clothes for trip to Spain on Monday and hating the way i look in the mirror, big bits of bloatedness everywhere...
I'm about 3 pounds heavier than in my profile pic but could cry when i tried the same dress on.
