Using syns

Enjoying being back on plan. Out and had a few drinks last night. (Waiting for the backlash but...) saved a few syns the last few days to cover the syns. Anyhow, the point of the post is - for target members or big losers(in the nicest possible way!!), do you still use all of your syns or have you had to cut down as you near your target?

Personally I never cut back on my syns ... I always worked to 10 syns a days and still do. Some days I don't use them all but others I use 15. Even if you stopped having any syns at all you'd only save a maximum of 300 calories a day, so not even enough to amount to an additional pound of weight loss.
