there it goes, my food diary, am only going to write the total calories taken that day as am writing everything in my fitness pal app on my iphone. aiming to have a calorie intake of under 1000.
hope it helps me stay foccussed as i want to lose at least 3 stones by my birthday in july, and another 3 stones by christmas, hopefully taking me down to just over 10st.
day one : consumed about 900 calories today, with plenty of water.
its not been too bad, hope it gets easier as the days go on though and that i keep myself focussed and motivated.
here is to day 2.

too am using the my fitness pal app! I also have 6 stone to loose, my target being Christmas! I'm calorie counting/eating healthily & exercising! hi v12345 i started calorie counting 2 weeks ago and have lost 7lbs so far , i am having 1200 cals i don't think i would manage to go any lower i don't know how u do it :) good luck getting to ur goal x
