veg stirfry and wafer thin beef slices?

any idea on points?
i have been pointing the stirfry as 0 as it has all zero veg in it and is cooked in frylight.

and the wafer thin beef slices 0.5 poinst for three slices same as the chicken wafer thin slices.. could anyone check that for me?

I'm not going to be much help here, but I know that beef does have more points than chicken.

Could be wrong - hopefully someone for WW will be able to answer it more correctly.
