Vegetables with Points??

    Can someone explain to me why the likes of peas sweetcorn and parsnips have pro points when all fruits are 0??

    I can't get my head around it. :confused:

    I think it's because there are no fruits that are carb/starch based!
    Banana is free but plantain has points.

    oh no - I had peas and sweetcorn for dinner tonight. I suspected that they would have points and now I will accept they do! I didn't measure so I will have to guess:rolleyes:
