TS AAM Vegetarian AAM?

Hello!
I was wondering if there are any other veggies out there and what you do about your AAM. Do you eat quorn? I think if I wanted something to chew i'd have a quorn chicken fillet but I just want to make sure whats okay and what isn't! Any advice appreciated
