tommorow will be my 2nd weigh in and so far i've only lost half a pound.i know i haven't lost anything again this week and worried about being weighed as she's going to think i'm not following the plan. even tho i am 100% and walking 4 miles every second day!! has anyone else had a slow start??

I didn't have a HUGE start like some people do, it all depends on how your body wants to work i'm afraid you may find this week you hit a big loss then next week a small one again! Try not to be negative have faith for next WI :) xxx

Hiya Hun smirkys right our bodys do what they want, what did you have 1st weigh in?
Your scales might not read the same every week as ww so please go, also any good leader will realise you may not if got used to plan yet or it's totm or like me I gained and did 6 hours of cardio plan was 100% also one day I can be 2 lbs heavier than the next day?
Don't scale hop I do and it makes it harder!

If you've weighed measured everything had no sneaky food and exercised your doing everything right ;)

Apparently your weight differs day to day by either + or - 2lbs! lol :) which is why you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday and stick to once a week to get proper reading lol ... or like me try not to take to heart what you see everyday :D haha last night i had gained 3lbs... today i'm back to being the same minus the 3lbs LOL oops :D

yey lost 1 lb,,my scales are going to have to go to work with my hubby as i'm constantly weighing myself,,although today i didnt ,,only at my weigh in..haved dropped 2points also so feeling excited now about this week

Well done on the weight loss. Def get rid of those scales, sneaky weigh ins are evil and to be avoided at all costs

At our class yesterday a lady was having the same problem, she was told that if she was being good then the weight will come off, our bodys don't always know its weighing in time, she also said that maybe dropping a point will help.

well done hun :) I scalew hop and it does wreck your head for the day when you put on........It is the bigger picture but I understand why you do it its usually that we dont feel we are going to lose weight so check if we are,I last friday was 3lbs lighter than my weigh in day and I had a gain on my weighin day so it should teach me it can go the other way?
I wish my boots scales were reliable but they arent ,I need to not weigh daily........xx

ive started off with a slow weight loss compared to others too. i lost 2.5 first week and 1.5 second week but i'm happy with that...as long as it stays consistent. when i was on SW, i was losing 3-6 pound per week but when it stopped the weight flew back on me. Good Luck Everyone!! xx
