I've been having the Belvita bars with mullar for my breakfast for the past 4 days, and i worked it out to be 2 syns for the whole packet. I've just found out on another thread that these are actually nearly 16 for the pack.

Luckly i havent been having any other syns apart from them, but i'm really upset about it now.

It's not the end of the world :)
Like you said yourself, you've not been using your other syns, so you should easily still be within your weekly syn allowance. Just make a note of it, and carry on as normal lovely! xxx

I just thought i was being really good, but obviously not.

Going to have to double check on here before i start trying to work them out myself.

a general rule of thumb is that 20 cals is 1 syn - so if you see something is 100 cals = 5 syns.

Doesnt always work out to this rule - but is good as a guideline x

This works out for anything which isn't a HEX or a free food, so snacks and things like that.
