Very worried :(

Have had two meals out this week and have done something v. bad. Got on my scales this morning and I am 1lb lighter than last week, but that doesn't account for the weight I will naurally put on during the day - I get weighed in the evening.

What should I do??? :(

This is the first time I have not wanted to go, only my 3rd WI!!!!

follow the plan as normal until your wi and go to your meeting.

Your weight fluctuates all the time so you may still lose weight before your wi day but at this time of year many people my put on.

BUT if you don't go to your meeting you will put on way more over christmas.
