haaaaa! and given that list of side effects of ketosis, it makes you wonder why we're all desperate to reach such a euphoric state!
 
Ok someones stolen my fairy. Just checked on my wee and its not changing colour. I posted what i ate yesterday and havent been naughty today. Im wondering if night duty does it to me. Got to feel rough all over again now when she comes back.
 
:( really feel for you especially if you have cold, but then again that could be her coming back.
 
My sticks used to never change colour Davina.. I was always a beige girl even when shedding the lbs!
 
Mine didnt last week - was only light pink though not bright purple lol
 
and thats the stick not my totm!!!

mine was yesterday too. well day 3 of very little carbs for me (did have a yo yoghurt on sunday but havent had one since) must say nasty taste pretty much gone and so has appetite - dont get me wrong ill be wanting my steak tonight but Im not as hungry as I have been.
 
Im feeling quite hungry today..
infact had a rummbley tummy before breki and before lunch!
off to gym tonight so will have my boiled egg before i go for my
cal kill!!
 
make sure you take it easy hon - its easy to get real tired on the attack days. and not too many weights! more cardio!
 
im only doing cardio at the moment anyway! having said that the only exercise i have done on the first 2 days of attack was my power plate! which is light! Unless walking around in town can be included! lolz

this is my 1st day back at gym since ive been ill and i usually do 5 mins warm up on bike..30 mins on cross trainer then 20 mins or so on the treadmill. I go gym three times a week and will be lying on my power plate every day for 5 mins on my tum and 5 mins on my bum! lolz I really need to use the power plate propperly! hehe

Do u guys walk 20 mins a day? im struggling with drinking anough water aswell! can i add a tiny drop of robinsons to down the water?
 
All the robinsons ive seen is high in carbs i buy sainsburys basics orange or apple and blackcurrent, it only has a trace of carbs and a trace of fat

sugar free? that cant be high in carb if its a tiny bit per pint glass??
well i just had some and i amanged a whole pint of water!! woop
 
do you not drink tea or coffee or herbal teas sona?
 
i have 1 cup of tea a day sometimes 1 cup or herbal at night
and a botle of diet drink.. ive had 1 pint today and got another one ready..
 
None of those additions for Dukan I'm afraid... ah if you've already drunk it! It's not about carbs... fruit is banned...

Yes I walk first thing in the morning before my brain wakes up and talks me out of it...!
