Oh yes Jo - lets hope he has kept everything cold for you ;)

Jet why not make a plan to do something say a couple of days everyweek and get back into a routine???

I go to bed about 9.30 10 and then read till about half ten eleven and Im up at 7am.
During winter Im often in bed for 8.30pm - i get very down over the winter months :(

sorry forgot to add I hardly ever sleep through the night. always up for a wee and then the dogs want to go out . And if I stay in a hotel I can never sleep.

ive tried when i went back to work after dan's funeral but that caved in ,so i will deffo try and get into a routine i promise !!

good girl ;)

I'm glad he'll be home with goodies yes but, because he's been up all night without sleeping, I'll be more glad to see him home safely!

I sleep far less now than before... like you Vicky, I tend to go to bed at around 9.30pm/10pm to read for an hour or two!! But then I'm up in the night at least once (no dogs, but calls of nature!! or cats waking me!!)... and up definitively by 6am. Rarely does my alarm ring cos I'm awake...

But, at weekends, I have a siesta!! 1H each day!

woo I love siestas :D

I go to bed... the other half won't, cos he says he'd not get up, but I love snuggling in...

sarah which muffins did u make savoury or sweet ,my motto if ur not supposed to eat it dont buy it ,but its hard work with kiddies and OH around !!

I made sweet ones :) it's my sweet tooth that needs keeping most in check - especially in the mornings....

what did you put in them sarah?

Ive done another 8 min walk lol and 22 mins on step. just got sit ups to do (50 of them) and 30 more arm exercises then im done.
TBH i really wanted wine (mum was drinking it at hers) but i came home and got on my stepper :D tired and period bloated though :(

just sweetened, put some vanilla and lightly spiced before cooking - think they might need less time than specified - or could be that my oven is just particularly keen :)

Well done on the exercising Vicky, do you find you need to do it or else you don't lose or is it that you don't lose as much?

trying to gauge how much I need to do, just like Jo I hate exercise and walking doesn't inspire me either... need to give myself a damn good talking to methinks :D

I lost the first couple of weeks without exercising but I need to tone up too. was conscious of not doing too much heavy weight bearing exercise as I dont want to turn my fat into muscle!
My lateral thigh trainer (stepper) is ok I can watch TV and do it or file my nails lol and the time just flies by. The sit ups on the other hand are hard!!!!

How long did you cook them for? I do 20 mins in ventilated oven... and 20, then turn, then another 10 in "normal" oven...

are you on about muffins or my thighs ;)

hihi...

On the official French site, he recommends 30 mins per day in Cruise... gradually building up to almost an hour by Conso. By doing this, even walking gradually faster and faster, it becomes such a way of life that it's going to part of our "new lives" when we get to the other end of the tunnel... (this I do "know", as opposed to just spouting the theory of all the foodstuffs, cos the foodstuff theory hasn't yet worked for me, but the exercise stuff has!!)...

My alter ego on the French sites regularly says to people in Conso - "marcher plus pour manger plus" (that's for Jet... she likes it when I murmur in French to her!!)

"Walk more to eat more..."

Surely THAT will convince us all?
