Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

fantastic ! do you think it will completely change you eating habits? can you still eat cheese and stuff afterwards? sorry I dont know that much about it

You have to change yr eating habit initially as you get bad side affects if your food is too high in fat or sugar plus if you eat too much.

The idea is that a year after surgery you can eat pretty much anything just child size portions... of course some people can push & push the stomach pouch & stretch it back to nearly normal size!!

Linz - can I just ask one cheeky question - and you certainly don't have to answer it... just maybe "think on it"?

Are you ok with the fact that you may never again be able to eat a blow out meal, say, at Christmas? That's what I couldn't get my head round, when WLS was suggested at one point to me - in fact, while losing my weight, I was asked several times whether I had a gastric band!

Re your diabetes... if you were to lose the weight "naturally", might there be incidental benefits to your diabetes too? (or not!)...

Just a couple of things which popped into my mmind


I'd be able to eat Christmas dinner like everyone else just a smaller portion & considering I'm always on one diet or another so I've always been trying to restrict something it won't really bother me. I'm mostly looking forward to the fact that I can have a little bit of things that I haven't touched for years & eat like a 'normal' person!!

The diabetes is improving as I'm losing weight but thats only b'coz my carbs are so low at the mo.. the slightest sniff of something with carbs & my sugars hit the roof, so they think I would have to remain at a VERY low carb for the rest of my life just to maintain the level of diabetes that I have now.

Of course I don't mind you asking. xxx

mmm i had ben and jerrys last nigt bad girl. TBH i didnt really enjoy it and I think I may have got over my fetish (for now).
so sts the same this morning but am doing plenty of exercise to try and compensate for the naughtiness.
Looking forward to vodka ka ka this afternoon though :D

2lbs up on posted weight this morning but upping exercise this week and gonna be good. another 2 lbs off posted weight this week please :D

i really might start going swimming again. just 35 MINS breaststroke is over 400 calories!!!
 
mmmmmm you ave a lot of good idea's i used to swim alot ,hopefully life will get back to a normalish sort of life soon !!

Im picky will only go to adults only cos i end up hurling abuse at evil little chavvy ******* beep beep beep ******* children

well once again had monday blues but my mates wouldnt let me eat crap. So bought a roasted chicken from tesco and had that with some no carb no sugar no fat tommy K.
Done 25 mins step, 90 reps on leg master (oh the pain) 2 x 30 reps sit ups and 60 arm exercises.
am tired!!!!!!

but peed off this morning. Checked my ketostick and am not in ketosis but was yesterday and have been good???
and ive put lb on overnight even after all the exercise . Pah :(

I wonder if im doing too much exercise??? h im annoyed :( bloated too!

27 mins step on higher resistance, 110 leg masters, 90 arm exercises and 64 sit ups! lets see what the scales say tomorrow!
 
Thanks steve. seemed to have put weight on though but my fancy sscales say body fat down 2 percent and muscle up 2!
