Vickydinks weight loss diary

Thing I miss most from Brigg is Sargent's ice cream from Hibaldstow. God, I bet that has a million points!

Ok so today Tuesday 26th August
Breakfast:Weightwatchers toffee yoghurt 0.5 points, satsuma 0.5points

Lunch:Fox Trio snack bar 2points, apple 1point
Special K Cereal bar x 2 5points

Dinner:Stirfry(Egg noodles, veg, blackbean sauce) 6points
2 slice of tigerbread 3points?

Going to have chocolate chip cookie (Asdas packet ones u get in packs of 5) later as a snack and thats it

Used up all of my points today

No exercise tho but havin a day off due to walking and jogging all that i have this week.
 
Slice of Tiger bread 1.5
Cinnamon and Raisin bagel 1point

Lunch: Egg noodle stirfry with black bean sauce 6points

pomegranet 1point

Dinner: 1 Mini chicago town cheese pizza and oven chips 10points?

Chocolate nibbles (pick and mix) and a few bon bons 3points

22.5 but had 3 points left from yday :)

No exercise though, just bumbashing on the back of my boyfriends motorbike ahaha to and from bikenight.

Thursday 28th August:
Breakfast 1 piece of weightwatchers Malt loaf 1point
Mini Melton Mowberry PorkPie 3points???
2 weightwatchers cookies 1.5 points
chocolate 6 points

Dinner: 2 x jacket potato with cheese coleslaw and salad 12points

Total: 23.5 oops and again!


Friday 29th August:
Breakfast: 1 piece of Weightwatchers malt loaf 1point
1 cinnamon and raisin bagel 1point
Special K cereal bar 1.5 points

1 slice (not a big slice at all) of chocolate birthday cake 3points (compensated my lunch for it)

Dinner: half a can of branston beans on 4slices of weightwatchers toast with minimal light i cant believe its not butter and minimal cheese lighter mature chedder 10 points
Caramel Wafer bar 3points

Total 19.5 because i went over earlier in the week im going to try and not use the other 1.5 :)

Saturday 30th August

Breakfast: Cinnamon and raisin bagel 2points

Lunch: WW bread x 3 with WW cream chive cheese 2.5

Piece of VERY small choc cake 2points?
special k cereal bar 1.5 points

Dinner: 2 baked potatoes with tuna mixed with minimal salad cream and mayo with 3 slices of cheese 10points

WW cookies 1.5

will prob have a snack later but it wont be any more than a few points.

Its my bday Saturday so i want to try n save wot i can :) mind u i dnt think i will eat much more, just im out for a meal and got bday cake and desert....hmm...not many points left tho today...
 
Sunday 31st August

Breakfast: 2weightwatchers cookies 1.5points
2slices of plumbread 2points

Lunch: Veg stew 0 points

Snacks: Special K cereal bar and 2 marshmallow wafers 3points

Dinner: Spag Bol followed by half a plain scone with jam and clotted cream 14 points

20.5 points in total

not doing good at saving these points am i..oops lol

0.5 points left over, mind u i had 2 points left over from saturday so i have 2.5 left over int heory! :p
 
Monday 1st September

ginger nut biscuit 1point?

greggs sausage roll 4points?

Dinner - Chilli Con carne 12points?

2 x glasses of pure orange 1 point

18 points used altogether :D

Saving as much as i can i had 2 points left from sunday so thats 5 extra points for my bday, not gna use all of these tho cos i dnt wanna risk not losing any more weight!! Need to hit my target!
 
Sorry hun, just checked for you and greggs sausage roll is 7pts eek. Just don't want you going way over your points x

Good luck for your next WI! I did a bike ride last saturday and my god!!! lol. I havent been on a bike in years but i did feel like i'd had a good workout after being on it! x

Dinner boneless porkshop, sweetcorn, new pots, runner beans, gravy 6 points?

ok missed friday out but Saturday (my birthday)
I was naughty, ont even know how many points!!!

nachos with cheese and sour chive dip

lasagne with chips and garlic bread

hanky panky choc cake!

oops lol

back to normal tho now... :( enjoyed it while i could, what i will say tho is i have bday cake to eat...ut oh!!!
 
If you can't be naughty on your birthday, when can you be naughty lol. Main thing is you get right back on track.

ok i am not managin to get on here everyday...i am trying wi this diet but losing the weight i dont think is really working or i dont feel like it is...will see friday i guess..

This week has been a nightmare...i have had my bday then ive been away to wales...I felt like i knew what i was doing better doing Slimming world so i may start doing this again ont he lead up to my holiday...

I really like pasta and jacket potatos and these seem to cost quite a few points on weightwatchers...i have put weight on this week cos i checked when i got back from wales. will never look good wearing nice swim stuff in 2 n half weeks for hol if i dnt do sumat :(
