Kammies 2017 weight loss diary

Hi All,

Am using this as a daily diary to what i hope will keep me on track. Having allowed myself to gain loads in the last 3 years and having tried a few different things in the last year to no avail. I'm starting this plan. Errr started last Tuesday with a starting weight of 15st 4lbs.. I'm 5'9" and I'm looking at to loose 5st.
So starting of SS although yesterday I had a boiled egg... brushing that off and back on track today. It's day 5.

I'm trying to take each day as it comes, but am in a zone at the moment and with this diary challenging myself to stay on track.
My metabolism is **** as I have thyroid issues even with medication.
But let's see what happens. The plan is to keep going until I hit my goal whenever that is xxx so hugs and kisses to all out their in the middle, start or maintenance of their journey

Stay strong and remember why you're doing this.
And think this when you want something. You can have that thing you crave for, JUST NOT RIGHT NOW... am saying that to myself every time I smell or see something I want, even when as per usual I'm not actually hungry.
