i am having a good day today sun is shining and feeling very positve about things, i did a silly thing and got on the scales, it shows no weight loss at all!!! i just dont understand it....my weight loss never shows until the next monday??? i am gonna have a good day today, gonna mix to max to shake things up:greenapple:

morning world!! had some good sleep last night, baby slept well :) got a busy day at my nans so hopefully wont have to think too much about food!!

baby woke up once but i found it hard to go to sleep after! typical! but feeling ok, hope tomorrow i show a good weight loss :) 2lbs a week is my aim :)

WI today and lost another 2 1/2lbs :) chuffed and got slimmer of the week too!!! ;) so another good week is needed to get my 1st stone award :)
