Saturday 29th Aug


14 1/2 weeks till our holiday to mexico!!! so gotta keep on my path and lose most weeks :) i need to keep this diary otherwise i just forget what eat ;)

ah went to cinema with kids and ate some sweet popcorn, i reckon enough for my 15 syns!!! so now just free food for me;)

green day i have decided so
omelette with batcholors rice / onion and mushrooms/cheese (a)
low fat cottage cheese with pinapple/ tomatos

ah house it like a pig sty, got no energy! feeling a little run down.....this is when i usually want nice things to eat......but i will be good!!!

woo hoo!!! lost 2lbs today at WI, so chuffed.....thats 6lbs in the last two weeks :) gotta keep on being good now :)

got belly ache and feeling tired was up with babe in night :( gonna try and sleep the day away.....
