    Saturday 29th Aug


    14 1/2 weeks till our holiday to mexico!!! so gotta keep on my path and lose most weeks :) i need to keep this diary otherwise i just forget what eat ;)

    breakfast
    shreddies (b)
    milk (a)

    ah went to cinema with kids and ate some sweet popcorn, i reckon enough for my 15 syns!!! so now just free food for me;)

    lunch
    green day i have decided so
    omelette with batcholors rice / onion and mushrooms/cheese (a)
    low fat cottage cheese with pinapple/ tomatos

    hifi (b)

    cous cous cake and muller yog - lots of it :)


    sin free chips :) with cajun spice

    1 extra light laughing cow spread

    snack - frozen grapes

    lunch
    pork (b)
    mash potato with fat free plain yog and garlic and herb spice
    sweetcorn
    cous cous cake, muller yog, 1/2 ambrosia low fat custard (2.5 syn) and strawberries :)(yummy) full belly now!!

    supper
    lemon cous cous cake :) berry muller yog/ sin free merangue
    tomato soup sin free - cheese (a|)

    Off to get weighed this morning so no breakfast yet! but plan to have:

    potato cakes
    beans
    mushrooms
    egg :)

    lost 4lbs!!! yay i can do it!!

    thanks bambi, lost 4lbs!! i just do potato and onion and fry in frylight nothing special, i grate the potato though as it sticks better this was sorta like a rosti :)

    Ohhh wow sounds lovely...
    I made mine with left over mash and an egg but the recipe i have says to use flour but that would add sins i think!?

    yes i wouldnt waste my syns on flour! adding an egg is a good idea :) plus some paprika or garlic, think i may do this later :) i need things that taste good to keep my on track :)

    ah house it like a pig sty, got no energy! feeling a little run down.....this is when i usually want nice things to eat......but i will be good!!!

    wow that au poivre sauce was fab!! added mushrooms to it too and it was so lovely :) felt like a restaurant dinner :)

    hi i make cous cous cake

    4oz cous cous - add boiled water just to cover it

    muller yog any flavour i like vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 eggs
    lots 5 tbs sweetner
    vanilla essence

    10 mins in microwave

    lovely :)

    good luck with your weight loss

    feeling good, dont feel any slimmer but have more energy today :)

    woo hoo!!! lost 2lbs today at WI, so chuffed.....thats 6lbs in the last two weeks :) gotta keep on being good now :)

    Tuesday 8th September

    got belly ache and feeling tired was up with babe in night :( gonna try and sleep the day away.....

    1 laughing cow x light (little bit of an a)
    fruit tea
    muller vanilla and choc with cherry (2 syns) yum worth it!

    had a sleep now, dont feel much better, think i need another LOL.....

    wednesday 9th december :)

    right today feeling a bit better so i am going to try extra easy today for the first time so anyone who is lurking sees i have made a mistake let me know :)

    some olive oil on i think but not much from what i could see (so it will syn it 2 syns)
