Vic's JUDDD diary

Yeah, he'll sleep pretty much all day (which is handy as we're at work) and will wake up around 7/8pm. They are very energetic, hence the wheel. Apparently they can cover 7 miles during one night! I have ordered a special 'silent' wheel so that he can run til his heart's content, throughout the night, without disturbing us or the dogs :) x

Hmm...this week's weigh-in not so good. A variety of reasons are likely to have contributed to this. Still awaiting TOTM (not pregnant, I have a very erratic cycle); a couple of 3000 calorie up days; I've not followed alternate days and not had much exercise. So 1.5lb up on last week's new low but not worried just sticking with the JUDDDing which I love :) Happy weekend everyone! x

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were all big ups for me so, this week, I'm going to have a strict pattern of:

Monday - 500 cals
Tuesday - 1250 cals
Wednesday - 500 cals
Thursday - 1250 cals
Friday - 500 cals

After that bit of a blast, I'll be back to 500/2000 alternates. Hopefully this might get me back under the 10st mark.

Upping my exercise too. 30 minute jog yesterday, aqua zumba tonight and aqua aerobics tomorrow :) x
 
Tonight's aqua aerobics was followed by a steaming hot shower and spaghetti on toast :) Also had a lush apple and blackcurrant Danish pastry today...yummers!

Hubby has also started dieting. He's doing Scottish Slimmers :) x
 
A colleague brought them in. They were delish. Still managed 1250 calories today, well 1267 actually but I think that's pretty good. Down again tomorrow. x
 
Well, this week hasn't really been a JUDDDing week. I was up Friday-Sunday then I have largely been calorie counting with two down days thrown in amongst it. Going to weigh tomorrow morning and then I'm back to proper JUDDD alternates. x

This week has not been a real JUDDD week. Up and away days Friday-Sunday. And then calorie counting at around 1500 cals with two downs thrown in. Yesterday and today I'm having 750 cals then back to true alternates from tomorrow. Phew! Anyway, I feared the worst but had a happy weigh in :) x

Thanks. I was slightly shocked, but delighted, with 2lb off this week. I need to make hay at the moment as I have a weekend away next weekend and then it's Easter/my birthday :) x
 
Thanks Derbynanny. Today is a down day but I'm having a coconut Kitkat Chunky because that's how I roll ;) x
 
As down days go, one that consisted of a Kitkat Chunky, a Jaffa Cake and a carrot cake cookie wasn't my healthiest. Tasty though :) My only saving graces were skimmed milk and almond milk. Still only had 512 calories though and burnt off a few of those in the pool. x
