Vikx's Paleo jouney

Weekend was a tricky one to stick to as I was not at home, I didn't eat anything im not supposed to but I didn't stick to my meal plan (apart from the Paleo Pizza on sat night)

SATURDAY - 12st 12lb

B - Bannana, with coconut milk and almond butter
L - Side salad (just greens with some toms)
D - Paleo Pizza

S - Some trail mix
 
SUNDAY - Did not weigh self

B - 2 black farmers sausages with 2 bits of bacon
L - Birthday BBQ! - Home made beef burger with some more black farmers sausages and salad
D - Didn't really have any just nibbled on some fruit
 
MONDAY - 13st 00lb (boooo)

B - 4 strawberries, with some bacon and an avacardo (I don't like eggs that's what was on the meal plan)
L - Paleo Niçoise Salad
D - chicken with rosemary and mushroom glaze, with spicy spaghetti squash with almonds

TUESDAY - 13st

B - Strawberries with a banana
L - Left over chicken from last night
D - Bun-less burgers with orange salad

S - Fruit
 
WEDNESDAY - 13st

B - sausage stir-fry breakfast
L - Left over bun-less burger
D - Pork loin crock pop

S - Blueberries with 2tsp balsamic vinegar and some almonds
 
THURSDAY - Much better 12st 13lb

B - Fruit Salad
L - Left over Pork loin crock pot
D - Chicken in a "peanut" sauce

S - Carrots
 
FRIDAY - 12st 12lb

B - Banana and almond pancakes they were lush!
L - sausage stuffed tomatoes with sautéed sweet potatoes
D - Not sure yet as I will be at my event, prob just a standard salad.
 
SATURDAY - No Weigh in I have no scales at the mo

B - 1 and a half roast tomatoes with 3 rashes of bacon
L - It will have to be a baked potatoe (better than nothing struggling a bit with the food) one of the food managers has a gluten issue as well and offered to bake one for me.
D - No idea yet, if I can get away from the stand I will pop out and get a salad from a supermarket as the salads here have gluten in them.....

S - I have my banana bread, unsweetened apple sauce and apple crisps if needed!
 
SUNDAY - Again no weigh in

B - Tomato and bacon with some fruit
L - Not sure yet might be another baked potato
D - No Idea might see if I can go to Asda and get something or I might try the gluten dairy free 5 bean chilli they are making...

Still got some fruit and my almond butter so might whip up something.

Really trying not to go off Pist and eat things im not supposed to. Not had any booze or over stupid food, the only massive thing I have had that's none Paleo is a baked potato!
 
MONDAY - No weigh in

This is the day where it all kinda fell apart a little

B - Bacon, hash brown, sausage and tomatos
L - None
D - Chinese take away....

So one thing about working at these events is you never really feel tired/drained etc until the last day when you can stop running around and stressing and just to ahhhh

We got home late and had no time to sort out our paleo dinner as planned. Shame I was looking forward to it. So we broke a rule and had a take away. I only had soup and then 2 chicken balls so not loads...

Back on it today and looking forward to it after having a weekend of limited food!
 
TUESDAY - 13st bang on

OK so 2lb have gone on. Im not overly worried about this if im honest

B - Unsweetened apple sauce
L - Lascaux chicken Waldorf salad
D - lime-cilantro pork tacos with salsa salad

S - Carrots
 
WEDNESDAY 13st

B - Breakfast smoothie
L - Left over pork from last night
D - Pot roast beef (its slow cooking at the moment)

S - Nuts
 
THURSDAY - 12st 12lb whoop

B - Almost oatmeal
L - Left over pot roast
D - Coconut chicken

S - Trail mix, and felt a little sleepy driving to work so had some dried cranberries
 
its lovely,

1 and a half cups apple sauce unsweetened, 4 table spoons almond butter, and 2 table spoons of coconut milk. I always make my apple sauce fresh so its always so nice and warm!
 
Yep, I chop up a bunch of apples, and put a little water in the pain, let them boil for a while and then blend them with one of those hand held blenders.
 
FRIDAY 12st 10!

B - Bacon, little bit of melon and half an avacardo
L - left over chicken from yesterday
D - Beef stir fry with cauliflower rice

S - Melon
 
Ooh yummy - must get some almond butter:)
