any advice or recommendations on anything i can take to boost my immune system and make me feel a bit less run down?

i'm currently recovering from a nasty ear infection and on strong antibiotics. since november my wisdom tooth was infected three times and i was on 2 lots of antibiotics every time. possibly as a result of that i seem to pick up every bug going lately.

i've heard echinacea is good but any other suggestions of supplements?

    thanks xx

Yep. You're right there. I had porridge a lot. Wasn't allowed to suck anything, or use a straw. Drinking was difficult for a while.

    You alright drinking?

Saltwater washes are really helpful. Better than the mouthwash stuff so dentist told me. Wasn't allowed to suck though...they told me that. No straws, no alcohol, no nuffink that could be mildly pleasurable
