D - quorn pieces and stir fry (made with syn free veg, gresh chilli, garlic, ginger, curry powder, tumeric, pepper and salt). served with noodles,

dessert - x2 bananas, blueberries, blackberries, x2 peaches & mullerlight = massive fruit salad

did a stupid thing a weight myself mid week looks like ive gain although been good but could be a back lash of last weeks rubbish i ate :( :(
