Vodka n diet coke :-/

Just stupidly had a vodka n diet coke, I'm at a BBQ (in the rain!) n a friend of a friend poured it me n I just drank it... Will it effect much?? Xx

On another note though, can you drink diet pepsi or diet coke on the SS plan or will it throw you out of ketosis??

My CDC said only coke zero and no more than 1 can a day
