Well done on your weight loss - 8lbs in a week is amazing. Looking at your stats you have done really well so far and good luck for your final push to get to goal - i am sure you will get there pretty soon.
It is my first day today, so any advice on how to stay focused and on track will be greatly appreciated. I have found today pretty easy, and managed to ignore the niggling hunger, but i am well aware that not every day will be like this one!
Just keep reminding yourself why you want to do this and keep drinking water! lol its not the easiest of diets but the losses u get are worth it, you could be either at or very near your goal weight by xmas if you stick at it 100%
