Wahey!!I lost weight!

    I weigh in at my local surgery - they are running a healthy living scheme - and i haven't been for 4 weeks. I was worried because in the last 4 weeks I have visited family and it's really hard to diet with my family but my perseverance over the last 10 days has payed off, I was 4lb less since she last saw me. So I'm on track with a 1lb loss per week. I know it doesn't sound much and the old me would've been disappointed (I used to like 3-4lb per week when I did WW) but I am over the moon :D :D I had peanut butter on toast to celebrate :D

    Congrats that's great! Like you say that's a 1lb a week, and losing weight at a steady pace means you're far more likely to keep it off! It's even better since you had to eat with family which can be tricky!
