Well done 10lb in your first week is fantastic, i am sure that 4lb will come off next week,. 1 stone in 2 weeks would be a great start to your journey.

Well done Venice, that's a great, great start for you. The weigh ins make it all worth it. The diet isn't easy but the losses make it all worthwhile. Keep up the good work and you should get that 4lb next week easily!

I too am hoping for at least 4lb this week (weigh-in Monday), so maybe we can both make a stone loss in the first 2 weeks! :)
