    Thought I'd best do one of these to keep myself inline and to make sure I am following the plan correct as I am new to SW...

    ALL GREEN DAYS BTW :)


    Thurs
    Brekkie - oatsosimple (HEB) with milk (HEA) and banana

    Lunch - Quorn sausages and low fat super noodles

    Dinner - Pasta with cheese slices (HEB) melted in
    - Muller light

    Snack - Fruit

    Friday

    Brekkie - OSS (HEB) with milk (HEA) and banana

    Lunch - packet of maltesers!!! 9.5 syns???

    Dinner Stir fry with quorn and noodles

    Snack - LOTS of fruit

    Please note I wasnt feeling too well yesterday, had a late breakfast hence just having the maltesers at lunchtime, was busy all afternoon so had a massive dinner to make up for it. I know I didnt have 2nd HEB just wasnt up to it.

    Brekkie - OSS with milk (HEA+B)
    Lunch - Toast (HEB) and eggs
    Dinner - Planning on quorn sausages and beans

    Snax - fruit and packet of mars planets 9syns (cant believe thats all!)

    Hi, I wish I could just have one packet of malteasers and stop there!! If I had one pack I'd probably have 3 or 4 so i have banned all chocolate and crisps from the house!!

    Haha I know! Thats why I only buy them one at a time, never buy the multipacks - BIG mistake!

    Brekkie - Weetabix (hex), milk (hex) banana
    Lunch - Baked potato
    Dinner - Beaked potato and beans (vvv limited choice in work!)
    Snacks - Fruit and a massive twix (21 syns) oooops
