Thought I'd best do one of these to keep myself inline and to make sure I am following the plan correct as I am new to SW...

ALL GREEN DAYS BTW :)


Thurs
Brekkie - oatsosimple (HEB) with milk (HEA) and banana

Lunch - Quorn sausages and low fat super noodles

Dinner - Pasta with cheese slices (HEB) melted in
- Muller light

Snack - Fruit

Friday

Brekkie - OSS (HEB) with milk (HEA) and banana

Lunch - packet of maltesers!!! 9.5 syns???

Dinner Stir fry with quorn and noodles

Snack - LOTS of fruit

Please note I wasnt feeling too well yesterday, had a late breakfast hence just having the maltesers at lunchtime, was busy all afternoon so had a massive dinner to make up for it. I know I didnt have 2nd HEB just wasnt up to it.

Hi, I wish I could just have one packet of malteasers and stop there!! If I had one pack I'd probably have 3 or 4 so i have banned all chocolate and crisps from the house!!
