Wannabethin1979 Food Diary (I WILL DO IT)

Oh dear! Didn't go to class as away for Xmas. Weighed on home scales and put on 7lb over Xmas. Been pretty good past few days but today will be 100%,

Yesterday's food: not great but......

Breakfast: banana (super free)

Lunch: Uncle Bens sweet & sour rice pot (free), banana (super free)

Snack: 2 x 400g Hovis whole meal ( HEXB) , 2 x teaspoons of Clover Lighter (3 syns), 2 x ham (free)

Dinner: 4 x quorn sausages (2 syns), jacket potato (free), 42g RF Cheddar (HEXA), half a plate of mixed leaf salad, 2 x tomatoes & spring onion (super free), 1 tbsp EL mayo (0.5 syns)

2 x 250ml Chardonnay (17 syns)

Total syns: 22.5 syns (ooops)
 
Thanks hun, dreading official WI tomorrow! Finding it hard to not pick at kids chocolate. 2 of them back at school today so finding it a little easier today so fingers crossed today goes well lol.

Yesterdays food - 03.01.12

Breakfast:

2 slices of Wholemeal (400g) Hovis Wholemeal (HEXB), 2 tsp Clover Lighter (3 syns), 2 bacon (free), 1 tomato (superfree), 2 mushrooms (superfree), banana (superfree)

Lunch: Uncle Ben's Sweet & Sour Rice Time (free), banana(superfree)

Dinner: Homemade Pasta Bolganaise Bake with loads of Superfree veg inside (free & superfree), 42g RF Cheddar (HEXA), Activia Vanilla Yoghurt (free)

Syns: 2 x cans Pepsi, pick at kids dinner, pick at kids chocolate - grrrrr WAY over again
 
I know how you feel. I can't have anything bad in the house else i'm in it. Thankfully I haven't got kids yet, but the other half is like a big kid and loves his sweets, chocolate spread and stuff and when he has them i'm just like NOM!

Don't go anymore off plan, try to stick to it today hun and then get 100% back on track after you've been weighed tomorrow. Maybe sit down and make a meal plan? If you stroll over to my diary there's a few meal plans on there. There's a link in my signature. I do 777 though which is a thread on here which really boosts your losses. It's 7 syns, 7 glasses of water, 7 speed foods over 7 days. It's really good because my losses have doubled each week since being on that and it's good if you're a couch potato like me! :D

Dinner: chicken breast (free), SW Wedges, Peppers, Tomato & Onion 'fried' (superfree), 2 x 400g Hovis Wholemeal (HEXB), 2 tsp Clover Lighter (3 syns)

Dinner: jacket potato with 45g RF cheddar, Tinned Tuna and half a dinner plate of salad (mixed leaf, tomato, spring onion, yellow pepper, red cabbage), 4 tbsp EL Mayo (4 syns)
