Hi! Thanks for having a look at my diary
Let me tell yo abit about me, Im 28 years old living in kent with my 3 gorgeous sons and my partner.
I have been trying to loose weight for about a year now,i was on weight watchers but i just didnt seem to be getting on with it towards the end and found myself lossing and gaining the same pound for weeks and weeks it gets so dis-heartening. I am loving the plan but just find it really hard to control my sweet tooth and i find once i give in i find it quite hard to stop! My 1st weight in i lost a pound ,i was happy but if i completly honest i would have like a bit more to have come off but we all want that really dont we ? My weigh in yesterday was not good as i fell off the wagon big time in the week:break_diet: but that was last week and this is this week,its no good getting upset about what you cant change. So here is my diary please please please feel free to coment,advise or just say hi,would be lovely to hear from you !
Thursday, green day
Breakfast
x2 zero % yougurts and a plum
Lunch
Quorn pepered steak,boiled rice, massive salad,beetroot,tomatoes.
Dinner
Gammon,egg, sw chips and side salad
Snacks
1 sugar in tea at friend 1 syn (no splenda)
lindt lindor egg 9 syns
Total 10 syns
Hea milk for teas
No 2nd hea or heb's,naughty i know
Friday 23rd Red day
Breakfast
2 weetabix Heb and milk (syned) and plum
lunch
Bacon,mushroom,onion and cheese (hea) omlette
Dinner
Cajen salmon,potatoe salad (heb) lettice,tomatoe,beetroot and cucumber.
syns
3 for milk for breakfast
Hea Milk for teas
snacks
zero% yougurt
celemintine
Have a few syns left for a chocolaty treat after dinner

Ended up have 1 tablespoon of light mayo on my potatoe salad so 2 syns and had 2 weight watchers carrot cake slices 7 syns for both brining syns total 12
Also had snack of 3 slices of wafer thin ham and zero yougrt
