Step 1 Sole Source want to eat food!

i did the cambridge diet in 2010 an lost 8 stone in 5 months, im now back on it and was 23 stone january 10th and now 19stone today, but its killing me not having food i work now and socialise alot and just wondered if going onto solo source will make me gain weight? And also could someone please describe in detail what i can have like the quorn could i have like quorn bacon and quorn mince in the grams that im allowed with some cottage cheese on with veg? its not very detailed like and can i have curry powder and paprika? my cambridge diet womans on a 2 week holiday and i just looked in the chrisp couboard and nearly craved -_- advice please xx
