In terms of weight loss, you don't want to diet as such, just eat healthily, try and get some exercise (at least some walking) in, and you'll hopefully find that some of the weight comes off.
If you haven't already had your booking in appointment you'll probably find that your midwife will chat to you about diet and weight (and if she doesn't, then bring it up yourself). They may just advise you to try and maintain your current weight rather than try and lose weight.
Try not to get too hung up on your weight though. I speak from experience
