Wanting to make the switch

Hi Everyone,

I have not been on here for ages, been busy with work ect.

Anyway having lost a good amount of weight on Exante, I am now at a point where I want to lose the rest of the weight by following WW.

I have just signed up with WW, and got my pts allowance for each day, however I am really scared about makeing the switch.

I still have at least 1 months supply of Exante left which I do not want to watse. However I am not sure the best way to do this. Should I still have my shakes, + slowley introduce food, or should I start to eat more food, and have less shakes?

I know that I will more than likely gain a few pounds during these next few weeks, hoping its not too much though :(
