Warning TMI lol

Ive been doing SW for a while but completely fell off the wagon. This is my first week completly on track in months so it's like starting again. I'm finding that I need to wee a lot more the last couple of days even though I'm not drinking anymore than before. Is this normal? I have read somewhere that it's because you lose a lot of water weight at the beginning (hence biggest weight loss for new members) but is this true?
