Wasabi beans!

OMG - why have i not had these before??

10g - which is plenty are only 37 calories and they blow my head off!

def take away any sweet cravings i have.

they taste really quite horrible at first and hot and make my nose tingle and my eyes water - but they are addictive ( well up to 10g anyway!)

think i may have have found my cure for over snacking!!!

Daisy, what are these? I eat Wasabi Peas alot, which are dried peas, with kind fo a crunchy coating of Wasabi on the outside. They are crunchy. Is that also what these beans are like? And where did you find them?

Or is this a cooked dish?

I love Wasabi. I love that feeling as the heat moves through your head making your eyes water and your nose burn and your ears tingle. Yummmmmy!!!!

I have always said, Mo' hottah, mo' bettah!

they are from tesco - 'whitworths wasabi bean mix'

soy, green and black beans - very crunchy with coating that looks like yoghurt, but isn't!
