Just wonderin, were potatoes are concerned, i tend to eat them most nights for dinner, i usually cut them up (in their skin)par boil them then roast them in oven with frylight and spices, but the book says 1 points for 100g but i tend to weight out a medium potato which is 2.5 or a large one which is 4 and just cut it up and do it that way, how do all the rest of u work it?

I either Mash.. or bake and have jackets or I have baby potatos, boil them and then just eat them like that LOL ...
