Thought that I'd start today's daily thread.
Well after my dissapointing WI yesterday my CDC has told me to drink drink and drink a whole lot more.
So today will be a very Wet Water Wednesday!
Hoping that all this water won't mean that I'll be taking too many loo breaks (mind you it is nice to get 2 minutes repite from the daily grind).
I know that loads of you do so well with water but some of us struggle.
So any top tips and motivation from those who've cracked it please share
