    Hi all,

    Just thought i would share this with you, if you find it difficult to drink plain water i would recommend cd summer berry it very sweet and yummy and can make all the difference when you are a bit fed up of the old plain water.

    I agree with Jot, the water flavourings make drinking 10 pints a day a lot easier. Try the orange - it doesn't taste particularly of orange, but it's nice.

    I like both the water flavorings. I have 1.5 litres a day at least- I make it in a big bottle in the morning and glug it greedily or nuke a mug full in the microwave for a lovely hot drink! Yumy, yum, Yum!!

    I'm actually enjoying the plainess of water at the moment but I can certainly see myself trying those flavours in the weeks to come! Thanks for the thumbs up on them! :D
