Water Flavourings

Was just looking on the slim and save website at the water flavouring, but confused now as they both seem to contain citric acid which I thought we had to avoid to stay in Ketosis, am I wrong?

I think there's a daily limit to them but not sure what it is...

Ok have spoken to them on chat and they said its only a tiny bit of Citric Acid so won't knock you out of ketosis

Has anyone tried this, if so what do you think? I found the CD flavouring disgusting!

The berry ones don't actually taste of anything, they just seemed a bit salty to me. Not exciting to drink.

I love the berry one, the citric is nice but not as nice as berry! I have them occasionally but I tend to buy flavoured water with malic acid as I like the apple flavour!
