water intake diary

Well I know some people have a hard time getting enough water into them so i decided to start this thread. I myself tend to lose track so really wanted to see wat others drink to get an idea if im drinking enough so here it goes.

Today I had;

3x1.5 litre evian bottled water

1 cup of peppermint tea
1 cup of normal tea

This obviously doesnt include my shakes.

I done well today on water i tink. wudnt usually have 3 bottles of evian. :drool::party0038:

I hope you all find some use with this thread. Maybe force some of us to increase our water intake. like a big team egging eachother on. :grouphugg:

This is a great idea, as I think that my water has been slipping since going back to university, in fact, I couldn't tell you how much I had today! A little over 2 litres I reckon (rubbish!) Will totally be coming back to this thread from now on :)

ah great, I hardly drank a thing all week... and usually would go through 3ltrs when on LT or not.. i just slipped this week and was drinkin too much tea and coffee... will keep track here :)

well so far today had half a litre. got my bottle next to me so aiming to keep sipping all day. would love to drink 3L a day but think 2L is more realistic.

Well guys i'm in a routine since getting back on track i try and drink 2L from 8 am til 12pm then i have my first shake. i drink another litre 1.5L between then and around 4pm then have my second shake. I down another 1.5L Between then and around half 8 and then have my 3rd shake. occasionally i'll have a cup of green tea. but i think i am doing well with the water and i have gone from drinking no water at all pre lipotrim to drinking 5L + a day thats good going i reckon and i'm finding i actually enjoy the water now!!!!

wow your very good with your water intake! Dats great ur enjoying it! It does help alot on this diet and its a change in lifestyle as well so when we are back eating we will still drink lots of water!

Ive had half a litre as well so far shud have had 1.5litre by 1 o'clock! Here's hoping! My stomach is really bloated so hoping this wil help!

god thats alot of water hun, dont think i could ever manage that much. gonna do my best to drink as much as poss.

Just thought I'd point out (again!) that the MAXIMUM amount recommended by LT is 4.5 litres. Drinking more won't make you lose more, you actually run the risk of slowing down your losses as the nutrients in the shakes could be 'flushed' out of your system.
There IS such a thing as too much water.

Yep im defo trying to keep under 4.5 to 5 litres. dont tink i wud have enough time to drink more haha! So just drank another 1.5litres. Done an hour and a half walk with 2 puppies so really needed water!

not doing 2good2day, been rushing round all afternoon and not even stopped 2think about water. had under 1L so far. not good.
will try better 2moro.

sometimes dat happens me so i try drink a good bit wen i get home and wen i do the cooking i keep drinking my water even wen im hanging out washing i bring my water bottle.

does the drinking water help with you weight loss ?

As far as ive read on this forum it does coz it reduces fluid retention once you dont go over 5 litres as then you will be pushing out your vitamins and minerals.

oh and my pharmacist asked me if i had drank enough water wen i lost nothing and they always r pushing water on me so im guessing they tink this is true.

What is minimum and maximum for water - I'm hearing all different things . my chemist told me 2lts minimum and 4 maximum?????

Ive been researching this all day! as far as i can tell yes 2lt is the definite min on this diet and between 4.5-5 is max. But some people tend to need less. Listen to your body. The funny thing bout the water ting is lipotrim people say 4 is the max but your allowed as much tea or coffee as you want but wat bout people who dont drink tea or coffee can they have more???? coz wat goes into tea and coffee...water. you do need to be careful so ive put a strict limit of 5 litres but only once a week or a week and a half do i have this amount. i usually have between 3 and 4.
