Water

Drinking water has been the hardest part of the cd diet so far. I can barely making to 2.5 to 3 liters a day. Do u notice you loose more weight the more water you have?
 
I still haven't got to grips with the water I'm on day 11 now. New plan is to drink 4 x 750ml sports bottles of Evian everyday with any cups of tea a bonus to make up to 4 litres or more xx

I find the water hardest on a weekend but I do tend to lose more when I've managed to drink more
 
I always drink loads, even when not doing this diet I have 2l so have to have at least 4 in this to make up for water in food. I did lighter life before & they recommend 4l a day. I'm tall so I aim for 5. Much less & I get a headache. Others seem to have better results with more water.
 
Every time I go and fill puny water jug, my Oh says to me the more you drink the more you shrink... I will remember that when he is having a beer and football night cheeky lol but good saying :0)
