I’m back! After several years, I’m returning to JUDDD (and writing here every day) as it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me.
I’ll be aiming for DDs of approx 500 - 600 calories Tues, Thurs & Sun.
Not counting on other days but trying to be relatively healthy.
Starting this Friday…here we go!

Sn - 1/2 ham sandwich
D - Thai takeaway - spring rolls x 2, chicken wings x 2, spicy noodles, wine
Sn - coke, crunchy nut cornflakes & semi skim milk

Hey wavycat, ..just thought id stop by to say welcome back and good luck. I used to do judd back in the day & loved it, lost 6 stones on it but put it all back on 10 years ago, due to ill health and lack of motivation. but came back a couple years a go but couldnt do the 400 - 600 cals so did fast 800 instead. keep it up you'll soon get back into the groove.
