Write it off and move on hun....its only about 14 extra syns so if you have 2 less per day or have being having around 13 you will be fine ;)
Don't worry I went out fri nite n worked out my syns for the night to be 140!!! Plus I had 2meals out n lost 2pounds at weigh in was v good rest of week n upped exercise n water tho!! X

It's fine to use flexible syns occasionally. Don't worry at all.

The best thing to do is carry on with the plan as usual tomorrow and don't feel guilty or try to 'punish' yourself by skimping on tomorrow syns.

I think it's the guilt that gets you and if you restrict yourself too much you're more likely to 'fall off the wagon'. That's how it works for me anyway!

Don't worry about it, it was only one day. I'm going out for drinks tomorrow so know full well I'll go way over my syns!! I just try and recoup over the week. One day won't destroy your weight loss, everyone has days when they find the rules a bit too tight for comfort :)
