Considering i"ve always classed myself as someone with no willpower whatsoever i managed to pack in smoking last october and started my diet and exercising at the beginning of march this year,so far resulting in a 2 stone loss (down to 20 stone now).
So all you people out there who are saying "i cant do this" then take it from someone who used to eat more food than mr creosote (monty python) and who used to drink more beer than oliver reed, yes you can do it and you will do it.
Ive never felt so certain in my life and im loving every minute of it.
Dont think its going to be easy because its not,the first few weeks are the hardest then its a doddle after that.
WE CAN DO IT.
