    Been doing a diary for just rambles but thought better actually note down what i'm eating, may help to reflect on it in the future :)

    Thursday.
    EE Day

    Brekkie
    Tesco frozen fruit salad (defrosted ofc) whole bag.

    Lunch.... erm next question, sort of grazed today, with fruit and alpens oh and ham, lol

    Tea
    Chicken Tarragon pasta bake -
    Chicken, Pasta, Onion, Mushrooms HEA Cheese, Chicken stock, eggs.
    1/3 plate HM Coleslaw - cabbage, carrot, onion, ff fromage, vlf mayo, red fat salad cream, white wine vin, mustard powder lemon juice

    HE A - 42g reduced fat cheese
    HE B - 2x Alpen light

    Snacks
    Alpen lights
    Pear
    Wafer thin ham slices, grabbed out of fridge when doing boys lunch.
    Grapes

    Syns - only ones i had were in the coleslaw
    2tblsp vlf mayo 1syn
    2tblsp red fat salad cream = 3
    (but divide by 2 caus i only had half)
    = 2 for me

    Oh and i stole a chip off the kids 1-2syns for a mccain homefries oven chip?
    Crunchie - normal sized 9.5syns worth every one! 1st indulgance since starting!
    Total for day syns = 12.5ish

    Lunch - Seafoodstick+smoked salmon salad(grated carrot, lettuce, peppers, tomato, cucumber) and egg + garlic mayo (vlf nat yog, garlic, 1tbsp vlf mayo, lemonjuice, parsley)

    Tea - Laughing cow stuffed chicken with garlic+herb wraped in bacon, broccoli carrots and bns.

    Lunch - Jacket Spud, beans cottage cheese and 2 cheese sliceys

    Tea - tandooriesque quorn peices, tilda egg fried rice (1/2 bag, was yukky!) and a pitta bread

    Fruit salad/ww yogurt

    HEA - 2 lf cheese slices
    HEA - milk
    HEB - whom pitta (co-op)
    HEB- fibre+ bar

    Tea - mixed grill, gammon, steak, lamb, chicken with carrots and an onion mushroom combo - hope i can eat it all without being full! lol
    Schwartz pepper corn sauce (4.5syns packet)

    Snacks - alpen light

    HEA 250ml skimmed milk

    HEB alpen light

    1.5 - 3 .5 syn sausages
    2 - just under half packet of pepper corn sauce

    10am bacon, mushrooms, chopped toms, poached egg 2 quorn sausages
    (was a wee bit hungry!)

    T: quorn and bacon burgers on bun, with lettuce, tomato, onion, grated carrot grated celery and balsamic on salad
    (1 tbls tom sauce, 1tbls vlf mayo)

    1.5 syn roulade 1.5 syn for the optiona sachet
    frozen morello cherries for middle (only 1 slice tho)

    2 tblsp frozen mash - appx 1
    (these are going off syn values for like 100g, and I had no where near 100g so reduced the syns a bit.. but not a lot)
    coconut options 1.5 syn
    total = 6.5

    Lunch - Pasta salad - pasta, cucumber, spring onions, red pepper, gherkins, sweetcorn, chicken rf salad cream, vlf mayo.

    Tea - didnt have any

    Syns - Aldi 70% bar thing 3syn
    couple of tblspoons or rf salad cream and vlf mayo = 5 (ish)
