Been doing a diary for just rambles but thought better actually note down what i'm eating, may help to reflect on it in the future :)

Thursday.
EE Day

Brekkie
Tesco frozen fruit salad (defrosted ofc) whole bag.

Lunch.... erm next question, sort of grazed today, with fruit and alpens oh and ham, lol

Tea
Chicken Tarragon pasta bake -
Chicken, Pasta, Onion, Mushrooms HEA Cheese, Chicken stock, eggs.
1/3 plate HM Coleslaw - cabbage, carrot, onion, ff fromage, vlf mayo, red fat salad cream, white wine vin, mustard powder lemon juice

HE A - 42g reduced fat cheese
HE B - 2x Alpen light

Snacks
Alpen lights
Pear
Wafer thin ham slices, grabbed out of fridge when doing boys lunch.

Syns - only ones i had were in the coleslaw

(but divide by 2 caus i only had half)

Oh and i stole a chip off the kids 1-2syns for a mccain homefries oven chip?
Crunchie - normal sized 9.5syns worth every one! 1st indulgance since starting!

Lunch - Seafoodstick+smoked salmon salad(grated carrot, lettuce, peppers, tomato, cucumber) and egg + garlic mayo (vlf nat yog, garlic, 1tbsp vlf mayo, lemonjuice, parsley)

Tea - Laughing cow stuffed chicken with garlic+herb wraped in bacon, broccoli carrots and bns.

Tea - mixed grill, gammon, steak, lamb, chicken with carrots and an onion mushroom combo - hope i can eat it all without being full! lol

(was a wee bit hungry!)

Tea - didnt have any
