Had some banana with my porridge and a handful of nuts and had a lot of energy so also done all my steps!

I can totally relate to how you feel! I'm taking lessons learnt in dukan and adapting it to make it work for me. Good luck with adapting and let us know how it translates on the scales. Hopefully we still lose by making a few changes.
You so active compared to me! I do no exercise at all so if anything the extra calories are going to help you fuel your body! I'm reading this book called clean and lean warrior (not that I want to be a warrior lol) but its a real eye opener with loads of great info to make you think twice about the crap we reach for when we think we need it!
Basically follow the rule if it didn't swim, fly, run or grow off the land then don't eat it!

Welcome. I am a similar weight to you and lost my first stone in just under two weeks. I am looking to lose two more.

I a currently (well boyfriend) is cooking diet fanta chicken it's like sweet and sour chicken. We have family coming so I will not have the rice etc but they will.

I also like the diet coke chicken. Both feel like a naughty take away on a Saturday night :)

I too am a chocoholic and miss it so much. I'm on the lookout for tofu to make some sort of choc ball for a snack at the cinema next week. Loads of ideas on the web :)

Yeah any replacement for sweetness is welcome!! And crunchy food as well!! I grilled some turkey ham and used that as crisps - alright but very rich!

Fingers crossed my weigh in Thursday proves successful!

Ah good for you!! Defo need more goodness! And so much is found in forbidden dukan foods which are packed with so many health benefits! I'm just sick of getting stuck for meal ideas and eating an egg and a bit of ham for dinner! Haha xx

Morning all! Well I've woken from 10 hours sleep feeling refreshed lol obviously, who wouldn't!

PV day today.
B porridge and banana
L salad and eggs if I'm hungry
D roast beef dinner

Off to the gym now and then for a coffee with my mum. Need to keep busy today as me and OH we're so bored doing nothing yesterday!

Most of my days will just be a PV day and I'm going to try a Friday as a PP day just so I'm almost doing consolidation. Lol it's a worth a try! Happy Sunday! Xxx

Going to try and buy some low fat mince to make some burgers today.

Craving Pringles badly - so just trying to focus on Thursdays weigh in!

Figured I'd get my nails done today to have my mind taken off things as well.

I can HIGHLY recommend - what's great is that its a PP or PV day meal and super yummy. Just off to make a batch now :)

For those who like sweets (not me, except for a few days a month which are about now ;-) - recommend investing in an ice cream maker. Have purchased one and experimenting with making all kinds of frozen yogurt this weekend (strawberry via s/f jelly packet, vanilla/orange with extracts, and today is caramel/coffee).

Gym done and I was a machine! Now home for porridge and banana!

I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting a little sick of eating cold chicken and cottage cheese for lunch at work... Anyone got any ideas for wowing up my pp days? Xxx

So had my nice salad for lunch and it was honestly so nice to eat something normal! still dukan PV but just not stressing that i have to eat protein and then cant eat enough to work out is such a good feeling so im planning a big work out after work!
 
So had a great gym session and I've done 150 squats and plank session! Healthy no carb tea as well and jelly and cream for pudding! Not too shabby! Lol!
So the date for wedding dress shopping is the end of March. I COULD be 10.6 by then well actually I will be as then what ever I choose won't have to be altered too much! We've booked our minimoon as well! Oh my god it looks amazing it's called Brimstone at the Langdale and I am beyond excited, then Italy in September so I have to make sure I'm an uber bronzed goddess all year even after the big day!! Let's just hope this eating heathy and exercise malarky works! Lol! Xx
