Hi folks, well it's my 1st week and I've lost 9lbs!. And I'm feeling great. I battled through the negative comments, takeaway friday nights, flu, tonsillitis and ear infection al lin the 1st week. And to top it off, I put on my long black coat today and could actually button it up, last week I wore it, but froze with cold because I couldn't do it up! My size 16 trousers that were according to my son "well tight, you can't wear that!" done up with ease. So I've definately lost inches.
I think i could have lost more, if I upped my water intake, but I felt like I was almost drowning, i'm between 3-4 litres, but there was a day I didn't drink at all, as I was on a course, and the toilets were 2 floors up, I just couldn't take the risk!
