Week 1 but I'm sooooooo pleased

    Hi folks, well it's my 1st week and I've lost 9lbs!:). And I'm feeling great. I battled through the negative comments, takeaway friday nights, flu, tonsillitis and ear infection al lin the 1st week. And to top it off, I put on my long black coat today and could actually button it up, last week I wore it, but froze with cold because I couldn't do it up! My size 16 trousers that were according to my son "well tight, you can't wear that!" done up with ease. So I've definately lost inches.

    I think i could have lost more, if I upped my water intake, but I felt like I was almost drowning, i'm between 3-4 litres, but there was a day I didn't drink at all, as I was on a course, and the toilets were 2 floors up, I just couldn't take the risk!

    congratulations. that first week weigh in is such a boost and it is great that you are already seeing a difference in your clothes. Hope you manage to up your water!

    That is super for your 1st week. You are doing really well. Keep up the good work and dont forget to drink loads of water :)

    woohoo, well done! I am four days in and so chuffed I have lost 10lbs!!!!! I have a hell of a lot more than you to loose though! But like you my clothes that were tight last week are fitting ok now! Best thing ever isn't it! xxxx
