Week 1 done!!

    Okay marks the end of week 1 on Exante. Started last Wednesday at 16st 13lbs, weighed in this morning at 15st 13lbs. wooooooooooo!!!!!!

    Wow! Go you! I am about to start and that just makes me all the more excited! I need to get Valentines Day out the way first though as I KNOW he has stuff that will lead me off track otherwise!

    Thanks :) it's definitely so motivating seeing the scales go down so much in week 1. I wasn't expecting such a big loss so this has definitely spurred me on.

    Good luck to you, I'm sure you will do fantastic, I don't blame you for wanting to get Valentines out of the way first, see it as a last blow out then a fresh start and new you :) x

    Well thats the plan - kinda gorging a little this week to get some of the rubbish out of the house (as I can't give away much more and I cannot bear to bin it!) It will be nice not to feel so sickly full!!

    Which meals have you had to mess with to make them taste good if you don't mind me asking? I have shakes and meal packs and there seems to be a bit of a love/hate thing going on with regards to the meals!

    I bought a bumper pack, the porridge snake me vomit within 20 minutes of eating them so they've been binned! I've got the strawberry chocolate and vanilla shakes, not too keen on the strawberry but can cope! The vanilla I mix with a spoon of coffee and add a tablet sweetener as i think it tastes a bit bland. Same with the chocolate, I add 1 tablet sweetener. Ready meals I have pasta carbonara, spaghetti bolognese and shepherds pie. I like them all but shepherd pie is my favourite as there's more of it! Soups I've got Thai chicken, mushroom and tomato and basil and I like them all (I put pepper in all of them for a bit of seasoning)

    I think you have a similar pack to me (bought it on a ******* offer) I just cannot imagine what sheperds pie out of a pack like that can be like - although I will find out soon!! I may have to try that with the coffee as I don't generally like chocolate shakes, but mocha has gotta be more tolerable!! I may have to add garlic to my savoury stuff as I love my garlic!

    As for the porridge- you should have stuck them on EBay - you would be amazed what some of this diet plan stuff goes for!!

    I got mine with a 60% off magazine promo back in October when I was still working overseas but only just got round to using it! (After 7 months in Turkey I went a bit mad with food if missed when I got home in December! I'm going back in 9 weeks so on a mission to lose as much weight as possible before then!

    I've put 2 sweeteners in the strawberry shake this morning and it's more bearable thank god!

    Weighed myself again this morning and am down to 15lb 12lb now ??

    I'm starting properly today. I've done VLCDs before but have recently ruined it and put it all back on. I'm kicking myself and struggling with motivation. But that loss is amazing and has given me a little bit of positivity together me through day one :) x
