Hey guys


Just wanted to rant at myself basically i am just 6lbs of goal weight and tomorrow is weigh in for me to go up to step 3 but tonight i caved and had 6 small pieces of chicken pakora :( really annoyed at myself n wondering if its going to affect weigh in tomorrow i really hope not

Fingers crossed for you it doesn't make much difference. The chicken bit is alright at least. ;)

Good luck, I am sure you will be fine. Well done on nearly getting to goal... I can only live in hope I ever get there.
 
If you torture yourself over it you'll only end up quitting.

Accept it happened and get straight back on the wagon.

Worst case- you delay your goal 1wk (no biggy)
Best case- it makes no difference to your weigh in and life goes on.

Congrats on doing so well xxx
