Hi, in answer to the above, i did try to point my takeaways as best as poss. I don't do a lot of exercise i'm ashamed to say really must try harder!
Got weighed again today, end of week 2 and i've lost another 1.5lb, am really pleased with this as its the wrong time of the month and all that! Only had one curry this week too!
