    YAY! I survived my first week and even after 2 indian takeaways I lost 3.5lb!

    Very pleased with myself! :D

    Well done :D, I lost 1.5lbs not as much as I had expected but the way I am looking at it is 1lb a week will see me near my target by Christmas :):)

    Fantastic!!!! Out of curiosity what did you have from the Indian?? Also do you do alot of excercise??

    Hi, in answer to the above, i did try to point my takeaways as best as poss. I don't do a lot of exercise i'm ashamed to say :( really must try harder!
    Got weighed again today, end of week 2 and i've lost another 1.5lb, am really pleased with this as its the wrong time of the month and all that! Only had one curry this week too!
    Good luck and keep it up, it'll be worth it in the long run x x x x x
